Almost a week since last run... bollocks...anywho... fun neighborhood jaunt today up to mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon... fall colors beautiful and drizzl-ee. Felt good and steady pace from 8:15 to 9:30 depending on grade. Slogorific day
