Wet fest. Started with a lovely room at Oreo's house and got to walk to the start with about 5 minutes to spare. Lovely. Rained the whole time. Temps 45 to 50 I would guess. Was actually kind of cool to run in the rain. Soaking wet by mile 7. Finished steady the whole race and was happy with the time. Oreo busted out an easy 1:42. Was strong. Fun to see mom and dad at the spillway giving some props and photo ops. Finish line was a dud as I was freezing and shaking within 10 minutes and it was rainy and cold and the traditional Creamie was not even appealing as I was too dang cold. Went to Oreos car, stripped down, found a hat and a blanket in there and waited til he could gather the crew.
