2 mile warm up and 4.5 mile cool down. my legs felt great before the race. My splits were 5:30, 5:34, 5:33, 5:36, 6:08, 6:01. Felt good through the first 2 miles but the hardest part of this race was just that I hadn't raced in so long it was hard for me to understand how I should be feeling at certain parts of the race, I thought I was pacing it well but once I hit 4 miles it got real tough. I'm happy with it though, at least I did beat my time from when I ran this the summer before my senior year.
