| | 7:04 average mile. My 5th mile was the hard one. I went 4:51. This was on the provo river trail on the way back down so it was a little downhill but I was pretty happy I was able to go that fast, the first .6ish I was trying really hard to just stay relaxed and I felt really good and I definitely picked it up the last little bit of that mile.

| | With the boy Justin. Today was good I felt like my effort was a little much for the pace we hit (I think around a 7:15 average) but not a bad run.

| | I did a 5 mile loop with Spencer and Trent. Guessing our average mile was around a 7:00. Then they had to go so I did the same loop again. Guessing my average mile on that was around a 6:45. I felt gelt good and I loved the run today.

| | Down on the trail by Utah Lake. 3 miles, then my 2 mile pick up which was a 10:43 (5:22, 5:23). I was hoping it would be a lot faster, the effort was there but I just didn't feel like I could lock in to a higher gear. A little frustrating but it was okay. It made it a little harder that it was by myself though. The miles after that which were slower.

| | With Trent and Braden. 7:07 average mile and today I actually felt really good so I was pretty happy with it. My watch said my average heart rate was a 143. It was also pretty early though so the sun wasn't working on us.

| | An out and back on the Murdock trail with Braden. 2 mile warm up (7:11 pace) , 4 mile push, avg mile was a 5:33. I think my splits were 5:36, 5:27, 5:34, 5:36. The last mile was really tough but I felt happy with it because I stayed locked in. 6 mile "cool down" at around a 7:43 pace.

| | 7:14 pace by myself. I felt relaxed today and made a point to stay relaxed and not pick up the pace later in the run.
