| | 7:50 pace, my legs felt a little heavy from last week so I took this run slow and easy. Felt good.

| | 7:31 pace, with Wyatt, Braden, and Justin in Spanish Fork. We ran on the path down on the golf course. Our splits were all over the place but it felt good and was a fun run.

| | With Justin and Braden. Today felt good. For the last mile we did 8x150 m strides just to open up which felt really good as well. I'm starting to feel stronger and breathing easier on these runs and today I felt a lot like myself! Average mile was 7:10-7:15ish, I didn't bring my watch so I had to ask Justin.

| | With Isaiah and Justin in the evening on the Provo River trail. My legs felt tired today from Monday and because we had been playing soccer for a while before the run. 7:36 pace though, I was pretty focused on trying to stay relaxed as I could and running efficiently/smooth.

| | With Braden, didn't bring my watch but our average mile was around a 7:40. Body and legs felt sore from yesterday so it was hard to open up my stride. I rolled out my legs after the run though.

| | First 6 miles were slow on a dirt trail. Then we got on to the Provo River Trail for the last 3 miles on the way back. They did a tempo so I hopped in, and was with the second group, we were hitting 5:45s average. My legs have definitely felt sore this week from increasing the mileage so I was happy with it.

| | Very relaxed 7:35 pace with Spencer, Braden, Jared. Carterville. My legs felt pretty sore on Tuesday-Thursday this week but after today are not feeling too bad.

| | With Justin, 7:17 pace. Calves were sore but besides that the legs were fine. I thought we were going faster than we were but it wasn't too bad.

| | With Jared. Guessing on the mileage since neither of us had a watch. Started by the cemetery and went up past the water towers on the trial. I felt very strong today

| | Up 800 south past timpview and down center, with Isaiah and Jared. Today I felt surprisingly good. Most of my runs this week have felt a little hard/heavy the first mile or two but once I get in a rhythm it feels good. Legs are sore but not overly so, last week I was feeling it more than I am now. Avg mile was a 6:55, probably a bit fast but I felt good today.

| | One last run with Wyatt before he headed back out. 7:36 average pace, didn't feel great but didn't feel too bad.

| | With MV boys, they did a tempo again and I jumped in. It was 3 sets of 7 min tempo with 2 minute rest in between, the first one was 5;35 mile pace, 2nd was 5:23 mile pace, 3rd was 5:25 mile pace. Faster than I thought I would be able to go. Need to be more careful in the future so I'm not jumping in workouts but just running steady.

| | Carterville. Didn't bring my watch because I wanted to be sure it was a feel good run. Guessing the pace was around a 7:30 or a 7:40 but could've been slower. Last mile I opened up a little more.

| | It was all I could do to go 6 today. Our family was in Moab and I had biked 12 that morning on one of the trails. Legs feeling tired

| | I was just feeling worn out from this week. So I went a slow 8. I only ended up hitting 46 this week but I had also biked twice this week and been on my feet a lot.

| | Down to the trail by Utah Lake and back. Did some strides in the middle, today felt better than lots of last week did. Need to recover better this week especially sleep better.
