With MV boys, they did a tempo again and I jumped in. It was 3 sets of 7 min tempo with 2 minute rest in between, the first one was 5;35 mile pace, 2nd was 5:23 mile pace, 3rd was 5:25 mile pace. Faster than I thought I would be able to go. Need to be more careful in the future so I'm not jumping in workouts but just running steady.
