With Justin, 7:17 pace. Calves were sore but besides that the legs were fine. I thought we were going faster than we were but it wasn't too bad.

With Jared. Guessing on the mileage since neither of us had a watch. Started by the cemetery and went up past the water towers on the trial. I felt very strong today

Up 800 south past timpview and down center, with Isaiah and Jared. Today I felt surprisingly good. Most of my runs this week have felt a little hard/heavy the first mile or two but once I get in a rhythm it feels good. Legs are sore but not overly so, last week I was feeling it more than I am now. Avg mile was a 6:55, probably a bit fast but I felt good today.
