I ran this one with Ashley, we averaged 8:19 pace. It felt fine and I did an 8 min ab workout afterwards. I want to pick up the pace on these upcoming runs though.
Averaged a 7:02 mile pace. This one was a bit faster, I ran solo. I had to focus on staying relaxed and I had to focus a lot on my breathing to keep it balanced and steady. It felt good to open up more though. Followed with 8 minutes of core.
Averaged 7:08 mile pace today, but it felt easier to control my breathing than yesterday did. There was a good hill I ran up the last half mile on 400 south coming in but I didn't run it hard, I just tried to stay relaxed. Today felt good.
