Very slow, I wanted to make sure I didn't get tired at all. Avg mile was right around 8 mins. We'll see how my body responds tomorrow.
I went really slow again today, today I felt a little worse than yesterday honestly as a whole.
I didn't feel too great this morning. Later I felt a little better and I just wanted to go on a short run to see if moving my body would help.
