2 miles at 7.5 mph
4.5 miles at 9.0 mph...then was hit with a terrible side ache. Had to slow down to a walk.
1.0 mile - walking/light jogging
2.5 miles at about 8.1 mph
11 miles at the track
10 miles in 1:16:11
1 mile in 8:52 cool down.
10 miles on the treadmill - Snowing, windy and cold outside.
Standard run - need to get more creative!

Was hoping to get in a longer run, but oh well.
