Standard Monday run - Conoco Loop - with striders at the end. Ran a little too fast (1:09)
7 miles at the track...weird run...lots of stopping/starting, etc. Took dogs and it got dark. They were running around, saw coyote, etc.
Highway 52 Loop
Ran fast (for me) - total time was 1:11:41
10 miles...had two mile cool down (which I did too fast)
Cross-training - one hour on the stair-stepper at the Rec. Center (the real stair stepper).
Didn't feel like running today...so didnt.
High School Loop - 9 miles in about 1:11
Oxford Road Loop - 17 miles
