5 mile slow run...down to Kenosha Farms and back.
6.5 miles - Kenosha Road Loop - Took it slow - 55 minutes. Had to stop to fix MP3.
Legs feeling good from last weeks marathon. Will use the roller tonight!
7 miles on the treadmill - slow run...averaged 7 mph
Cross train - eliptical - 45 minutes
9 miles at the track - forgot watch, so not sure of time. Nice morning for a run. Legs feeling pretty good!
