Warm up - 3 miles (7.3 - 7.8 mph)
3 mile at 9.3 mph
.5 at 7.5 in between
Cool down (7.8 - 7.4 mph)
5 miles - recovery run...about 8:30/mile
6 miles at the track...striders at the end
Last long run before marathon. Went to track. Ran too fast...averaged marathon pace for 12 miles; but felt very good, refreshed, etc. Will take it very easy this week.
