Tried to run slow...out in 34:43; back in 35:27 - total - 1:10:10
Approximately 11 miles on Teller Farms trail - no change on legs
Out in 48:50 (was lost a little bit)

Ran slow...leg felt about the same
did 9 x100 meter sets at end just to mix it up a bit.
7 miles on treadmill - approximately 7 mph
Legs felt a little better. Took is slow...optimistic!
