Hey KP - Thanks for the note.
I ran a marathon on May 9th and started my reverse taper to get back into the groove of things. Unfortunately, I'm having ITBand issues and had to see a doctor. I can run about a mile before I'm hobbling. So, just trying to get better!
It was nice reading your posts...I can live vicariously through others on this site!!

i had IT issues earlier this year. do you roll it? i have found that is the absolute best thing for me. it is an annoying injury, that is for sure.

I have been rolling it, so hopefully that will help. I agree, it is extremely annoying. I hope you are injury free.
