AM - 10 on roads. Storms hitting later today and tomorrow so probably won't get to 100 miles this week, but then again I don't think I've cleared more than 50 in like 6 months either so not the end of the world. legs holding up well

had a calf strain pop up the next day, trained through it and got back to 100% and woke up to something wrong with my hip(hurts to push off on the leg with the pain stemming from where the hip connects). treated it like the calf and tried to run through it, was much less successful. after a few days of limping through runs i gave in to giving it rest.

last run i did(saturday i believe) spent the last mile skipping on one leg and gingerly planting with the gimp one. i'm sure it looked very funny.
