ran 20 minutes out on Sandy, turned around and walked most of the way back because of stomach troubles. maybe 500 feet away from my car I stopped and the blessed bile cometh and I felt a lot better after. got some on my shoes, and they're probably close to 1000 miles so I just took them off and left them in the middle of the road
