I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

5 miles around noon. It was about 37-40 degrees, but felt much hotter than that. This was probably the all time worst run I have had. I hit the wall at about 1.5 miles. I had no energy, and it was hard to make it 5 miles.
