AM-easy 3
PM-Michigan. It was horrible. I almost died in the last 400. I was so discouraged when Coach told me just to go right to the 400. In the previous 800s, I did not go fast enough. Not nearly. From what people were telling me, it was supposed to hurt a lot worse. I just need to learn not to be afraid of the pain and that it will go away after I am done. I wanted to get B-standard, but I was not remotely close. I guess I will just have to wait for the next one. |
