AM-2 miles. No one showed up to go early, so I ended up only going 2 to make it to Trilogy on time. It was a nice run, and on the way back I realized that I love to run by myself.
PM-3 miles with striders. It was so very humid today. I ran with Sally up to the Green Springs clubhouse. We started back with the varsity girls, and made it our goal to keep up with them until the freeway overpass. It worked, and pushed me just hard enough to make me feel like I had accomplished something! |
