I got up at 6:30 and went three, which was very lovely.
However, this afternoon was...hot. The workout was 3x2mins, 4x400s. It could have been a lot worse, but I struggled. The 3x2 mins weren't that bad, and then the 400s took me down. The last two went a lot faster, and as I relaxed my face:), I was able to breathe easier. By the end of the whole practice, my voice was pretty much gone because of my cold. |
