I would like to run an Olympic Trials Qualifier in the marathon.

Run my whole life, and then live vicariously through my children. (just kidding) , but I do want to pass on a healthy lifestyle to them.

Help coach East High to a state championship. (hope it doesn't take a lifetime!)

Personal:

I've been running since I was nine.  I'm married to a fellow runner who inspires and supports me.  We have two children:  Cole (4) and Lily (18 mos.)  I help Bill Cobler coach cross country at East High School.

Covid finally caught me.  Been out of commission since Saturday.  Had to get out this morning.  Still didn't feel super great.  Pretty nauseated the entire run.  Felt good to get outside though.  Hopefully I will continue to improve from here.  Covid killed my 200 miles in June goal.  Try again in July.

I wanted to run a little longer, but started to struggle at about five miles.  I might feel the effects of Covid for awhile.  Better than yesterday, though.  No nausea.

Made it to seven miles before feeling crappy.  I'm getting better!
