Fartlek workout in Murray Park with Becca. I wanted something with some hills. 2.3 mile warm up. 3 x 1-2-3-2-1 minutes with 1-1-2-1-1 recovery. Ended with a climb up the "Snake" for an extra good time. My legs are still feeling the race, especially a spot in my right quad that has me a little concerned. I may have to back down from my original training plan. Cooled down to ten. |
