Did 4 miles this morning near my sister's house. Used the Garmin for the first offical time running and it worked nicely should be fun learning how to use it.

Ran 13 miles this morning with Clyde, Steve, and Bill, we left from the Dixie Center ran down main to the boulevard, then out on the frontage road, back down river road then on the trail back to the Dixie Center. Good run, but cold morning. I felt pretty stiff and sore for much of the run. My training has been pretty hit and miss lately, but with the new year approaching and hopefully warmer weather on the way I should be able to get back into a better routine. I took the garmin again today and experimented some with the splits.
