Pretty good workout this morning, especially considering I was feeling sore from lifting yesterday. I did 3 miles over to Zion's Bank in 30 minutes, mostly running, then walked to Ace and back to the Splash pad, another easy mile to 500 North. Decided to try a mile tempo run just to see what I could manage. Ran 7:33 from the light to the cow field. I ran 7:29 a few weeks ago, but this was actually a better effort considering how many miles I had ran before. Did 1 mile walk home.
