Good start to the week.  Played basketball for 60 minutes then went out to my school and did a 6.5 mile run I will call Figure 8. Went out past church farm, then turned on the road to Sand Hollow, then looped back past some farms, then up past Jerry's, then back to the church.  Pace was slow, as are most of my runs lately.
