I got up and went over and ran with the Hurricane Cross Country Team. We did 2 laps warm-up then a 3 mile run over to the cave by Pah Tempe and then back to the track. At the track the kids did 3x 200m and then 2 laps cool-down. I did 3 200's with one of the slower kids (43, 43, 39) and then I did another set of 200s with a faster kid (39, 37, 36). After the team left I did 3 x 800. 1-2:54 2-2:57 3-3:03 Nothing great to report on the 800s, just got them done. I only did 1 mile cool-down.
