I didn't get a run in today.  Spent most of the afternoon at the Region Track meet watching Jarren. He ran 4:34 in the 1600m and took 7th (top 6 go to State). Then he ran 2:03.79 in the 800m and took 7th in his heat and 9th overall. His 4x400 team placed 7th so they also missed going to State.  So Jarren will only be running the 4x800m at State next week. Still I'm proud of the work he puts in and the improvements he is making with his running.
