Good luck at Boston, you have likely heard this a 100 times, start out easy. Boston is the easiest course to go out too fast. I ran the 100th Boston in 1996. Kiss a couple of girls at Wesley college, have fun. B of S Rools out.

How much rest between the 400s and how bad did they hurt?

From d-enz on Tue, Apr 11, 2006 at 08:12:23

Rest was about 2:30, I just jogged a lap between each 400 and felt pretty recovered didn't feel I was going all out, but still pushing myself pretty good.

Dustin can you email me a short bio/description of what you do, and who you are. I am writing a new release for the Spectrum and want to get everyone’s information correct.

Hey Dustin. good work out. I think i will get stampeded and become offical road kill at At boston if i pick up any coins. I will resist the urge just this once.

This is really good. Sounds like the college speed it starting to break through a bit. But I think it is just a start. Keep up the training, and good luck in Boston.
