Ran down the trail over to Ivins turnoff, then behind the storage units, back through Santa Clara Heights easy 6 miles.

Good job. I was looking at the pace we need for 2:50 marathon. looks like we have to run 6:29 pace. I think we can do it. It will be like a walk in central park in the middle of the night! How many miles are you doing this week?
