Ran 2 easy miles this morning down 300 west to the fire hydrant and back. This afternoon did the Oil Can Henry Loop 5.5 miles, plus .5 warm-up, .5 cool-down. Meet up with Clyde and Bill tonight, we did a nice run down to the river, up through Bloomington, then back on River Road, very nice evening cool temperature, plus some rain, the run was 8 miles, then I did another mile at the park.

I thought i would try and match the superfly in miles this week. But it is hard to keep up with the running Bum:):) He said he had a goal of a 100 miles this week. see ya tonight. do some speed work before you come over. makes me look better when your tired.
