No running today, I went and had my plantar's warts looked at. The doctor ended up freezing some of them. Actually the biggest one he worked on for quite awhile froze it, then scraped a little on it, then injected it to make it numb, scraped some more, then went back to freezing. Both feet are hurting now tonight, but I'm glad I'm getting this taken care of. I've had the warts for some time and they have been getting bigger and more painful to run with. Hopefully, I'll only be down for a few days. |
