Met up with Bill, Mike, Scott, and Tyler was down from Spanish Fork.  I wanted to run the new St. George Half course, so I would have a better idea what to expect new weekend for the race, even though I don't have any goals and I'm treating it just like another training run.  Anyway, we all started out together the first few miles, then Mike and Bill picked it up a little, but nothing too crazy.  Tyler, Scott, and I just kept it easy, we cut off the last three to only make it 10, but I was fine with that.  Averaged 7:52 and felt pretty good.  I feel like I'm making some progress.  Today's run put me at 40 for the week, which is good for me right now.  Next month I'm going to try to increase to 50 miles a week.

Good job man. Just keep grinding it out and increasing mileage when you can. You'll be back in shape by summer.

Great run this morning Dustin. it is getting easier for you. I see massive improvement every time we run together.

Thanks Dustin for setting a steady pace. I probably could have gone a bit harder but that wasn't going to prove anything for me anyway. You kept it just right so I didn't have to take any walk breaks!

Good job. You've been going pretty well lately. Keep it up!
