I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Feeling a little tired today, so decided to use it as more of a rest day, only 3 miles. Need to listen to the body, especially with the marathon approaching.

Dustin, Clyde said he likes you best in your short, shorts! your a machine. your going to PR for sure at St.George. We need to be carful at the 5 k. This is no time to go all out and get injured. Steve is out for revenge from last year. it is one of the few times i beat him. :):) in a race.
