I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Easy 6 miles, felt nice to run in the rain this afternoon. Body was actually feeling a little better today, but I'm still feeling a little wore out, next week will be nice once school is out.

I guess you guys decided not to meet up thursday? are you getting smoked out over that way (laverkin?) this heat takes alot out of the body. are we running the Bryce half? have a great day.

I don't train to beat another runner. We are out there together, competing with the marathon, and I train to run the marathon as fast as I can.
