Easy 4 miles tonight. Body is feeling a little tired from the last two days, plus I wanted to recover a little for my Pah Tempe hill workout tomorrow night. Good workout last night with the running club, felt bad I had to turn back early to meet up with my carpool. However, it has been really good for me having people to train with, plus getting some feedback with these running blogs. Right now I am really enjoying my training and it has been nice getting back into better shape. Still have a long way to go.

Hey Dustin, next time you need to be picked up for a run just give me a call on my cell if I'm not at home 603-502-5694. So, how many miles are you shooting for this week? I think I'm still feeling the jump in miles I made last week. My calf muscles have bee bugging me pretty bad. I ended-up about 1/2 mile behind Clyde and Bill on Tues becuase I was hurting pretty bad. Hopefully a little stretching for me will do the job.

Dustin - on days when you feel any more than 4 miles is too hard on the legs/too much impact, add some cross training. That way you can at least get the aerobic component in adequate measure, as well as keep your weight under control.

Congratulations to you and your wife on the expected new arrival. We are also expecting a boy around the same time - in July.

And, if you have not noticed yet, we have our first out of Utah runner.
