Didn't get a workout in today, my wife Sunny went into labor this morning about 1:00 am, spent most of the day at the hospital. At 4:20 pm we welcomed Jarren Joseph into the world. It was an amazing experience and such a blessing from our Heavenly Father. Thankfully everything went fine with the delivery and both mother and baby are doing great. Sometimes we get so busy with life and our schedules we don't stop and reflect about how precious life is. Today was a wonderful and joyous time for me and my family. I would really like to thank everyone from the blog and especially my new friends from the St. George Running Club. In place of the traditional cigars I will try to pass out gel shots or powerbars next time we are all together.

My wife and I have been telling each other all week that "Dustins baby could be here anytime."

Congratulations!

A baby-jogger helps a lot when you have a new baby - kills several birds with one stone. Your wife gets some rest while you get the miles in, and the baby goes to sleep, so when you come back, you might even get a mini-date.
