Did 4 Castle Rock Hill Loops this morning with the cross country team. 1-5:16, 2-4:42, 3-4:38, 4-4:36. Did 3 miles easy as warm-up and cool-down. I need to clarify the workout, after reading some comments. The loops were .9 miles long so the times above were not mile repeat times, I just figured in the active rest in between intervals made the distance add up to actually a mile, hence the 4 threshold miles that I recorded. |
