I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
3.5 miles this morning, felt good to get out and exercise a little. I've been struggling the last two weeks with running and not feeling to great, hopefully all that stuff is behind me and this week will be a good week of training.
I've felt the same way as you lately Dustin. With all the school, cross country, and house stuff going on in my life it is hard. But it also makes even more important than ever to get out and do something I love.
