3.5 easy miles this morning, had to force myself out of bed, but glad I did. This afternoon I did an 8.5 mile run from Snow Canyon Middle along the trail to Ivins then back down into Santa Clara (man they have that street all tore up now) then over toward Corey and Danielle's old house, then back to the school.

Dustin,

good job in getting out of Bed. I been doing the steve olsen running plan and spinning once a week. you and steve were moving on those mile repeats. I wish i could of joined you. My body just was not geared for a speed work out that day.

Dustin,

Good work yourself on your repeats. I'm gradually working back up to doing 5xmile repeats, like I did before SGM. I love doing them, but I do feel it the next day. Running with a dog is nice like you say, but I sometimes wish I lived in the city so I could train with a club. The only time I ever run with anybody is on race day. I have no idea how to "work together", surge or draft off someone. I always run my own race, because I have no idea how to use someone else to my advantage when racing.
