Ran 7 miles. I was going to do some 1000m repeats over at HHS, but once I got over there, they were having a soccer game so I just ran back to La Verkin and did a few more miles, maybe in the morning I will do some repeats on my course here in La Verkin.

Played an hour of ultimate frisbee with the scouts, talk about a workout.  I was running the whole time with only two other guys on my team.
