Hope the shin feels better. Is it a pain you've had in the past or something new? Like shin splints or other? I've never had them but people say they can be a bugger to heal from.

I've never had shin splints, but I'm wondering if that is what it is. Usually after a few miles the pain goes away, but then comes back once I'm done running.

Oh crap! The shin stuff sucks! Hope it gets feeling better. I wish I was running with you guys.
