Evening run in the neighborhood. Failed to hit 20 miles for the week, so I need to lay out exactly when I shall run my 4 milers this week... Sun PM, Tues AM, Wed PM, Fri AM, Sat AM. Will do that for a couple weeks and reassess.
Yoga/flexibility work this morning and then a nice dog walk with a few striders - he so wanted to really open it up, but I keep him on leash in the neighborhood and I am nowhere near opening it up...
