Evening run in the neighborhood. Failed to hit 20 miles for the week, so I need to lay out exactly when I shall run my 4 milers this week... Sun PM, Tues AM, Wed PM, Fri AM, Sat AM. Will do that for a couple weeks and reassess.

Consistency is more important than any mileage goal. Just get something done (almost) every day.
