I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. | total time 54:46. tempo run...in the high 60's so coolest Arizona run in several months. splits 9:17, 8:56, 8:51, 9:02, 9:10, 9:29. The last mile I slowed down at the start and ran the first half in about 5 minutes and then I picked up the pace again. The cooler weather is going to help alot.

| total time 95:42. Plans was to go steady for the first 5 and then pick it up. It was 66 degrees outside at the start of my run and 65 at the end. glorious!!
