Personal:

I retired from the Army after 26 years of service in 2010. I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. Since early 2016 I have lost 30 lbs and got in much better shape. August 2017 I retired again. We served a mission to Mexico from October 2017 until April 2019.

total running time 54:44. at about the 4 miles mark the humidity really hit me and I noticeably slowed. This was mys econd run in Arizona. Iw as out the door at about 5:45. The temp was about 75 degrees but the humidity was close to 50%. I live really near some great trails and the grids are relatively predictable. The mileage is in part based upon these grids and upon the pace I think I was running. I'll figure it out with a map later.

I was out the door at 5:30am. There were a lot of people out this morning. Maybe next week you can join us.

I saw alot of people over here too. Will have to play it my ear as far as next Saturday but I am interested at this point just unable to commit for sure right now.
