I woke up and took the CTM and I also used the inahler. I still had issues and wlaked for 45 seconds during the second mile. It took awhile but I was able to feel better and push some. total time 60:20. splits 10:06, 10:38, 10:45, 10:07, 9:13, 9:30. negatiove split 31:30 then 28:50
