evening run from the top of snow cyn state park to home. Nice evening with a cool wind.

I only fell down once. It hurt!!! I missed the curb with only 3 miles left. I laid there for a few minutes. A lady saw me and was very worried. I think I worried her more when I got back up and started off running.
