PM- I ran 2 mile warm up, 1mile cool. Than my race which I got a good time from coming back from a injury. My first mile in the race I went to fast about 5:36 when I should be around 6:00 to 6:07. I bet I would of done better if I didn't go to fast my first mile. When i went on a cool down my shin was hurting like no other. |
