PM- when I went on warm up my left shin was hurting a little and my right calf was a little tight. I didn't get the time I wanted. I got around 19:40's. I did good the first part of it, but towards the end of it about the last miles or half of a mile. My shin and knee started hurting a little. I had a great finish, I gave it my all the last 100 to 150 meters then this desert hills kid beat me by less than a half of a second. On cool down I felt like crap. My shin and knee was hurting.
